The Star and Garter branding

The Challenge

The Star and Garter on Richmond Hill was a flagship project for London Square – the restoration of this iconic Grade II listed building and its extensive grounds. We were asked to create a brand for the development, and design and deliver a full marketing campaign.

Our Response

We created a bespoke logo that was inspired by the architecture of the original building, while our brochure design reflected both the London Square brand style and the grandeur of the development.

We also commissioned original photography to do justice to the property’s period features, the beauty of Richmond and its vibrant lifestyle.

As well as the print and digital collateral, including the website and e-communications, we designed the hoarding, a timeline that lined the hallway leading to the sales and marketing suite, and on-screen interactive material. When the development was promoted overseas, we produced advertising for the press and exhibition lightboxes.
