Hartland Village

The Brief

We were asked to create an identity, branding and marketing campaign for Hartland Village, St Edward’s flagship development in Hampshire. It needed to establish the development as a destination in its own right, convey the lifestyle benefits of living there, and help generate sales.

The Solution

We developed the concept ‘Discover a village for life”, which underlined the entire marketing campaign. Informed by this, we created all other aspects of the campaign, including the branding, logo design, tone of voice, print collateral, digital marketing and social media activity. We organised and undertook an original photography and film shoot, creating a suite of high quality assets that were used across digital and social marketing. We also delivered the eye-catching illuminated hoarding and physical items such as branded bags.

The Results

St Edward were thrilled with the campaign we produced. It perfectly captured their vision for the development and resulted in a really successful launch that generated a great deal of enquiries and sales.

The first Instagram social media video was the most viewed video to date on the Berkeley Group profile and achieved the second highest number of likes.
