To create a brand identity for a new development of apartments, co-working space and commercial units near London’s Hampstead Village.
As a new developer, Astir could not rely on reputation; it was essential that the development brand and marketing was strong enough to stand out on its own.
We created an overarching brand that reflected not only the needs and aspirations of purchasers (residents and investors), but also Astir’s shared ownership partners A2Dominion, workspace solution and commercial space.
Our brand design and strapline, ‘The art of London living’, captured the elegant, distinctive lifestyle on offer, while also incorporating the location’s sociable vibe and artisanal character.
We weaved this concept into the full suite of assets, from brochures to social, press and digital display ads, website and marketing suite design. Our creative team handled copywriting, art direction, strategy, photography and design.

A stylish, premium development brand and marketing collateral that also had its own sense of character. West Hampstead Central completed in 2025 with just a handful of apartments left to sell, and successfully attracted a range of commercial brands to its street level units.
