London Market Group wanted to improve the user experience and refresh the design of its website London Makes It Possible. This site tells the story of the London insurance market and explains why it’s the best place to buy insurance.

To improve the site, we had to understand how the audience used it. We undertook an analysis and review of the existing site, as well as running workshops with key stakeholders.
We then used this information to map out major changes, from the site’s structure and hierarchy to new content and e-learning solutions. From there, we designed and developed an entirely new website, with a more intuitive navigation and a bold, fresh design.
A key focus for the new site was ease of downloading and viewing educational material. Through our new design and structure, we ensured that accessing this material was both intuitive and engaging.
