Druce Brand Development and Global Launch Campaign
Historic real estate brand, Druce, briefed BDR to create a refreshed brand that could operate across a number of international markets, that would appeal to HNW and UHNW clients.
Their aim was to create a brand offering a bespoke service for clients looking to buy or invest in key locations around the world. A key component was to create a brand that promoted its vision of customer centricity and services that would add real value.
As part of the brand relaunch, we worked with Druce to help them redefine their vision and core values, ensuring that the correct emphasis was placed on strengths and priorities such as customer focus.
The Druce brand was applied across multiple touchpoints and channels, both physical and digital. Our aim was to create a consistent and differentiated customer experience.
We created a new web portal that could operate across multiple regions, with a consistently designed UX interface.
London Office Refurbishment
To bring the brand to life and reflect Druce's refocus on its customers, we refurbished its entire London network of offices, including five new acquisitions. The flagship office on Weymouth Street also included an interactive display screen in its window, so that people could scroll through different properties from outside the building.
Digital and Print Advertising across a range of platforms
A regional campaign in Singapore promoted real estate opportunities in Vietnam, alongside property events and seminars. A range of channels were used, including press, digital and social.

Summary results for the Singapore Media Campaign show a strong performance across the digital mix driving awareness and engagement.
Total of 30,331 clicks on adverts at a very high CTR of 0.78% and a cheap CPC of £1.50.
Meta drove the highest overall number of clicks, 75% of the total.
Meta video formats delivered over a 3% CTR providing deeper audience understanding.
A Brand Partnership with EdgeProp delivered over 1,500 enquires to the website.
Google PPC achieved an extremely high top of page rate of 97%.
