We were commissioned by Cirque du Soleil to create a Christmas experience at St Pancras station in London. They wanted something unique and wonderful to promote the Amaluna stage show.

The main focal point of the Amaluna Christmas tree, standing at 12 metres high, was the mysterious waterbowl, brought to life through projection and lighting.
With the Amaluna show’s aesthetics at its core, the tree itself was made up of industrial frame work, sensitively lit with Christmas lights and decorations.
At the heart of the tree an aerial hoop rotated with two entwined figures on it in homage to the romantic story of Miranda and Romeo. Large reeds surrounding the central sculpture created a stylised Christmas tree effect, in keeping with the unexpected that Cirque du Soleil brings to its audience.
Sara Cox officially switched on the lights of the Cirque du Soleil Amaluna Christmas Tree at St Pancras International, followed by a breath-taking performance in the station by the cast of the critically acclaimed production.
