We were asked to create a brand identity for a new Berkeley development, located just outside High Wycombe.

We chose a name that reflected the site’s local geography and history, and devised a new identity to accompany the name with a logo, design and clearly defined tone of voice.
Inspired by the country park, the development’s focal point, we developed the concept ‘Naturally’ to use throughout the marketing campaign, ensuring we communicated Abbey Barn Park’s substantial green space and sustainable credentials throughout.
This concept fed through to a full suite of marketing collateral, from brochures to social, press and digital display ads, including a photography shoot that captured ‘golden hour’ to support the brand look and feel. It also extended to the sales and marketing office, with inlaid metal dividers and an illuminated sculpture outside. Finally, we created a short film for visitors, as well as interactive digital activations that let them get hands-on with the site map and learn more.
