Visitors to The Dubai Mall enjoyed a real festive treat over the Christmas period: a magical experience inspired by the Disney film The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. We devised the whole concept, from entranceway designed to look like Clara’s home to the enchanting Snowflake Realm, then directed the build and installation on site in Dubai.
Friends and families were able to pose for a photo under falling snow, play a digital game, interact with zoetropes and whoosh down a thrilling ice slide. Facebook AR brought a little extra magic to the experience, while social sharing opportunities ensured there was plenty of buzz surrounding the activation.
