For The King’s Collection, the latest phase of the remarkable King Edward VII Estate development, City & Country wanted a campaign with greater impact that showcased the fabulous lifestyle on offer. This phase comprised modern new build apartments, so needed a different feel to the restored historic buildings, whilst still aligning with the overall brand.
We inherited the logo but created a more modern look and developed a stronger identity, as well as placing greater emphasis on lifestyle.
The positioning ‘Country living reimagined’ underpinned all the messaging, demonstrating how the new build apartments and luxurious lifestyle offered a new approach to living in the countryside, and appealed to the aspirations of the affluent target audience.
More engaging lifestyle photography supported the messaging, and we took a seasonal calendar approach to highlight the range of events locally. Together, these illustrated the rich social life residents could enjoy.
