In its role as a leading global advisory and solutions company, WTW developed a new AI-powered HR assistant, Expert. Built on the company’s extensive data, knowledge and strategic insight, and harnessing leading generative AI, Expert was designed to help make mid-market HR teams more effective.
We were asked to create a brand for Expert, to be rolled out across the platform and creative assets, and a website to showcase its benefits.
We produced a website, promotional video and digital campaign assets to deliver a high-impact product launch, all supported by a comprehensive set of brand guidelines.
Our branding gave Expert the distinctive character and identity it needed to make an impact in the marketplace. Expert was named a 2025 Top HR Product of the Year by HR Executive, the premier global media company covering strategic issues in the field.
