THE OBJECTIVE

Our goal was to generate buzz and engagement around Batwheels through a bespoke, unique experiential activation for kids and parents.

We wanted to unlock earned PR, press, social, word of mouth and retail media to raise awareness about the Batwheels consumer products rollout and linear presence.

OUR SOLUTION

We created a real-life version of Bam the Batmobile to tour EMEA as part of consumer, retail and trade events to support Batwheels tune-in and the consumer products rollout.

THE MAKING OF

Using 3D model files, we brought Bam to life with a steel structure frame and a sleek fiberglass shell. Custom LED lighting gave him personality and presence, while an internal car battery provided complete flexibility as no external power source was needed.

To elevate the fan experience, we designed a bespoke tool kit, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the Batwheels world and capture the perfect photo moment. Finally we commissioned a custom-branded car trailer to transport him safely and in style across EMEA.

JOURNEY PLAN

We handled every detail of Bam’s epic tour, managing carnets, transportation, and maintenance, so he could shine at every stop. From around the UK to Italy, Germany, and France. Bam wowed fans across Europe.

THE OUTCOME

The campaign was a resounding success, driving significant footfall to stores. In the UK, some locations saw Batwheels products account for over 19% of total company sales on the day, with product sales soaring by as much as 422%.

BAM’s appearances generated local buzz wherever he went, creating an electric atmosphere and thrilling fans who were overjoyed to meet their hero in person.
