Berkeley Southern wanted a campaign to promote new phases launching and remaining stock at their Southern Counties developments.
The campaign needed to showcase the desirability of living beyond London, to both educate and inspire a domestic and international audience to consider these locations for their new home.
We created the Beyond London Living brand with a logo, and suite of supporting graphics and illustrations. The colour palette was based on the Berkeley brand, leveraging its renown with the international audience.
Key to the campaign was the logo, which told the story of living beyond London, using a linear style to demonstrate the connectivity and easy flow of life. This inspired the iconography that captured the benefits of the developments, and further illustrations that added more to the story and gave the campaign greater character.
We rolled the brand out across a range of assets, as well as creating an animated version of the logo for digital content, and a video to be shown in S&M suites.
By taking a holistic approach, we created a brand that was highly campaignable, working effectively across a range of touchpoints.
