A new and very exciting project for us is an activation in the Dubai Festival City Mall to celebrate Ramadan and Eid. A spectacular installation will allow visitors to share in the Disney mantra of ‘Surprise and Delight’.
A huge curtain of LEDs and mirrored shards, surrounding a gold star and crescent moon, is suspended over a shimmering pool in an iconic Mickey Mouse shape. Next to it is a Mickey Mouse shaped post box, where visitors send messages to their loved ones, activating magical light and sound effects in the pool and the cascade of LEDs above it. The messages, chosen from a drop-down menu, will be automatically emailed to the recipients.
