We’re pleased to announce the launch of Abbey Barn Park, a new development from Berkeley on the outskirts of High Wycombe.
Surrounded by natural woodland, Abbey Barn Park continues Berkeley’s track record of creating sustainable, people-focused new communities.
Over the last six months, we’ve worked closely with the home builder to create every aspect of the community’s brand identity, from its name and logo to its tone of voice and look and feel.
This concept has been fed through to a full suite of marketing collateral, from brochures to social, press and digital display ads, and included a full lifestyle photo shoot.
We’re particularly proud of the on-site sales suite, which we reimagined entirely. As well as instilling the new look and feel throughout, we created an illuminated sculpture for the outdoor area. We also developed an interactive tech experience for prospective customers, who are invited to watch a short film before using a touchscreen to explore the site further.
