We’ve recently expanded our Redrow portfolio with Pontoon Reach, a major new development in London’s Royal Docks. Our success in the pitch process was partly due to Redrow’s preference for a one-stop-shop marketing agency, which could deliver all the collateral required, from brochures and hoardings, to CGIs, original photography, fly-throughs and an impressive sales and marketing suite. We have already produced most of these items for other Redrow developments including Colindale Gardens and 500 Chiswick High Road.
Redrow loved all of our creative proposals, but particularly the logo we designed. It is reminiscent of the stamps on crates of goods that would have arrived at the Royal Docks in years gone by, giving the area its own brand. The split cleverly arranges the words in the logo – particularly effective in its animated version – to locate the development within ‘Royal Docks’, from where you can ‘Reach London’.
