After successfully pitching to launch the final phase of Royal Clarence Marina, the Berkeley development on the waterfront in Gosport, work is now underway on the brochure, site hoardings and fit-out of the marketing suite in the local estate agent’s office. The name chosen for the phase is The Bridge House, supported by fresh, marine-influenced branding.
It’s something of a homecoming for BradleyDyerRaw, as we created the original branding and marketing collateral when the development first launched (as Royal Clarence Yard) 16 years ago.
